Job description

Work Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland

Workload: 40 hours per week

Engagement Model: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Project Duration: approx. 10-12 weeks


Estimated Start Date: July, 2024


We are seeking a motivated Onsite Moderator to join our team. As our Onsite Moderator you will be working out of our office in Warsaw, Poland, assisting and guiding participants for our Study. You will work directly with participants to ensure the proper execution of study requirements.


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.


Work Summary
Moderators will work directly with participants to ensure the proper execution of study requirements. The primary responsibility is to moderate user sessions and provide updates to the other members of the production team, as well as troubleshoot any technical issues. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, diligent, detail-oriented, and who can work independently. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with experience in customer service.


Work Responsibilities

  • Understand project provided documentation to assist participants
  • Interact with participant(s) and lead them through data collection projects
  • Acknowledge and resolve participants’ issues, escalate unsolved issues
  • Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
  • Use client tools to label/tag data
  • Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
  • Communicate and coordinate with the project team
  • Interact with various hardware & software

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Idiomatic fluency in Polish (Poland)
  • Must be fluent in English (Higher Conversational/B1-B2)
  • Must have technical knowledge and be comfortable with new technologies
  • Availability for the whole duration of the project (10-12 weeks from the beginning of the project)
  • Lift up to 12kg when needed
  • Working hours 9am – 6pm
