The Community Engagement Coordinator will ensure that DataForce Community members have the best possible experience working with our company and remain engaged, active and interested in our projects. In this position you will play an important role in nurturing and developing an active and vibrant online community. You will work to enhance the sense of belonging, encouraging meaningful interactions, and forester a positive environment for our online community members. This role will report to the Senior Community Engagement Manager.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create, implement and administer effective outreach campaigns and online events for DataForce Community members and other relevant audiences.
  • Plan, forecast, measure, and report the results of various community engagement campaigns.
  • Help create, implement and monitor satisfaction surveys for the DataForce Community.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to community engagement outreach and relationship management.
  • Track issues within the DataForce Community, assisting with the development of initiatives to improve user experience.
  • Create, revise and maintain materials targeted to the DataForce Community.
  • Work across various departments and functions to ensure the best DataForce Community satisfaction: Sales, Delivery, Sourcing, Product, Technical Solutions, Services and Payments.
  • Proactively utilize available technology solutions in everyday tasks to gain more efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sourcing team regarding the utilization of our tools and platforms.

Role Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent English Language skills, excellent writing and content creation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), ability to engage with community members and convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent understanding of Recruitment, Crowd Sourcing or Talent Acquisition channels, techniques, and processes.
  • Understanding of the candidate experience, candidate journey and support.
  • Passion for Community: A genuine interest in and commitment to community development and improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills in planning and executing events, meetings, and outreach efforts.
  • Effective time management and ability to multi-task: set goals, develop project plans, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Creative and proactive approach to tasks and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively analyze data and feedback from community engagement efforts, creating documentation, summaries and reports.
  • Have experience of working with different tech solutions, e.g., CRMs, Vendor databases, project management databases, alike
  • Self-motivated to learn and become an expert in using proprietary and 3d party platforms

Role Requirements – Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Recruitment, Crowd Sourcing, Project Coordination or similar in a relevant field.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Relationship management, Marketing, PR, or similar.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment that promotes effective cross-functional work.
