DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking for a Project Moderator (Hong Kong) to join our team. We are ONLY looking for candidates with native fluency in Cantonese. This work is expected to last up to 2 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology.

Work Summary
The primary responsibility is to moderate user sessions and provide updates to the other members of the production team, as well as very basic troubleshooting of data collection technology.

Work Responsibilities

• Interacting with the participant(s) and leading them through data collection projects;
• Responsible for data collection and data management following DataForce by TransPerfect’s and/or the client’s protocols.
• Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal;
• Using Client tools to label/tag data;
• Convey sessions details to the Project Manager and Production team;
• Interact with various hardware & software
  
• Liaise and collaborate with various members of the production cycle to maximize quality and minimize issues.
• Comply with best practices and other relevant and applicable procedures.
• Maintain project records and notes within internal tracking systems.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the job to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Manage changes to the project scope or schedule.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Perform other special projects or duties when required.
