DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a motivated Onsite Project Moderator to join our team for a new onsite data collection project in San Diego! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology.
We are looking for individuals in the San Diego area who have excellent communication skills, are diligent and detail-oriented, and can work somewhat independently. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with experience in customer service.
Role Summary
Our Onsite Project Moderator will work directly with participants to ensure the proper execution of study requirements. The primary responsibility is to moderate user sessions and provide updates to the other members of the production team, as well as troubleshooting of data collection devices and technology.
Moderators will report to client offices and work under the direction of the client team to perform moderator for various data collection activities.
