Job description

The Recruiter identifies appropriate audiences, advertises openings and onboards resources into the company’s pools.


Responsibilities:

- Source (recruit, screen, interview and qualify) candidates for various projects and programs

- Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects or programs

- Integrate Internet, social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies

- Build partnerships with universities, organizations and advertisement entities in order to enhance the company brand and increase the pipelines for our job openings

- Represent the company in job fairs and other events beneficial for sourcing activities

- Create and post job adverts on various platforms

- Track and report recruitment KPIs

- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates

- Build sourcing reports for the internal and external customers

- Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers

Job requirements

  • Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, preferably in Language / Communication / Media / Advertising / Marketing / Public Relations / Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Management studies
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Resources Management software
  • Content creation experience and good knowledge and experience with Microsoft office applications
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously and prioritize daily tasks
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members
  • Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong focus on cherishing and building up company image
  • Strong creative thinking and puzzle solving skills
  • Able to adapt workflows to new requirements and work in a multi-cultural global environment
  • Able to work in the team as well as independently
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Recruitment/Sourcing/Staffing/Talent Acquisition roles
