We are currently looking for Transcribers with native/bilingual skills in French (Canada) and English (Canada) to temporarily join our team in Montreal until the end of December 2023. As our Transcriber you will be solely responsible for the quality of audio transcriptions in both English and French, ensuring that they match the audio you hear and do not contain any errors or spelling mistakes.

Responsibilities

• To listen to and transcribe audios of different types of conversations
• To review and compare automatic vs. manual transcriptions and correct any issues or mistakes in the text
• To annotate keywords
• To perform other tasks related to costumer experience models

Required skills and competencies

• Excellent command of both French (Canada) and English (Canada)
  
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines to perform the tasks
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
• Attention to detail, ability to understand and implement feedback
• Excellent team-work and collaboration skills

Required experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Experience in Audio Transcription, Annotation and/or Proofreading
