DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Senior Sourcing Strategy Manager to join our expanding sourcing team in the United States!

Role Summary

The Senior Sourcing Strategy Manager leads the design and execution of innovative sourcing strategies, working in close collaboration with the Sourcing Solution, Community, and Partnerships teams. This role requires advanced strategic vision, market expertise, and leadership to drive the Sourcing team’s ability to attract, select, and recruit top-tier talent across diverse industries and regions.


Role Responsibilities

  • Define and implement sourcing frameworks that anticipate and adapt to market trends and evolving business needs
    Lead comprehensive market analyses to inform and refine sourcing strategies, leveraging data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Partner with Sourcing Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and Partnerships teams to align sourcing efforts with broader organizational goals
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for sourcing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives
    Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Drive organizational change initiatives related to sourcing and talent acquisition, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates
  • Serve as a primary advisor to leadership on sourcing strategies and talent trends, preparing and delivering high-impact presentations and reports
  • Anticipate and plan for future hiring needs based on business forecasts, ensuring readiness to meet talent demands
  • Lead initiatives to streamline sourcing processes, enhance tools and technologies, and implement best practices across the organization
  • Develop culturally sensitive and region-specific sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools worldwide

  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute sourcing strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering insights to executive leadership
  • Advanced skills in market research, data interpretation, and the application of analytics to drive decision-making
  • Capacity to identify and resolve complex challenges with creative and practical solutions
  • Proven ability to inspire, guide, and develop high-performing teams while managing cross-functional relationships
  • Expertise in leveraging digital marketing, social media platforms, and data-driven tools to enhance sourcing outcomes
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives, including process improvement and technology adoption
  • High cultural competence and the ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments


Role Requirements – Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience recruiting for data-related projects including speech, text and computer vision, data collection, data curation or annotation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global sourcing strategies
  • Experience working in highly dynamic, multinational, and multicultural organizations
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, collaboration platforms, and analytics software


Preferred Role Requirements

  • Certification in relevant fields such as Project Management (PMP), Change Management (Prosci), or HR leadership (SPHR/SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience leading cross-cultural recruitment initiatives or managing regional recruitment operations
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills for external engagements and industry events
  • Fluency in a language other than English is a plus
