DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve video recordings in the AI World! 
 

Role Summary 

The Local Coordinator is responsible for managing the onsite staff, ensuring that both accuracy and output are up to our study’s standards and requirements.  

Role Responsibilities 

The Local Coordinator will start off by organizing everything related to the onsite setting. This includes location, equipment, and the project’s participants. The selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all the project staff are working accordingly.  

• Excellent listening, reading, and speaking skills in English. 

• Proven record of in-person coordination and delegating abilities in dealing with unexpected challenges.  

• Experience with tools including Office 365 and Google Suite 

• Ability to understand and apply complex guidelines. 

• Ability to lead and manage a group of people. 

• Ability to work under pressure. 

• Great organizational and communication skills. 

• Attention to detail. 

• Knowledge of how to work with OS and Windows software
