Work Location: Remote (Work from home within the US)

Workload: 4-6 hours/day (subject to USA time zone)

Engagement Model: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Project Duration: approx. 4 weeks

Estimated Start Date: August 2024


Work Summary

We are seeking motivated callers to join our team on a freelance basis. The callers will need to make 5-minute calls to various call centers, and complete short surveys after each call. Calling software, guidelines and scripts will be provided.


Work Responsibilities

  • Callers will use provided calling software to contact call centers, have a 10-minute semi-scripted "mystery shopper" conversation with a sales representative, and then complete a survey (20 minutes or less)
  • Callers are to remain anonymous and not reveal they are mystery shoppers
  • Callers will not actually purchase any products

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or above
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence with phone calls
  • Ability to follow a general script while sounding natural
  • Detail oriented with excellent recall (especially regarding conversations
