Work Location: Remote

Workload: 40 hours/week (Weekday normal business hours)

Engagement Model: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Project Duration: 2-4 weeks (subject to confirmation and available project work)

Estimated Start Date:  ASAP June 2024


Work Summary


We are seeking a motivated Participant Support Specialist to join our team. As our Participant Support Specialist, your main responsibility is to have conversations with onsite participants in Portuguese (Brazil) under the guidance of the project moderator and engineer. You will work from home during normal business hours Mon-Fri and join video calls with customer engineers and moderators at scheduled times.


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.


Work Responsibilities

  • Communicate with participant(s) online in Portuguese (Brazil) during data collection projects under the guidance of the project moderator
  • Join video calls at set times provided by the scheduling team
  • Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team 

Job requirements

  • Idiomatic fluency in Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for the whole duration of the project (2-4 weeks from the beginning of the project) 
  • Availability to work during European business hours (CEST), Monday through Friday
  • Personal computer (desktop or laptop) is required
