As we expand our footprint, we’re seeking a
Recruitment Advisor who will help us identify the best countries to hire from and ensure our employment practices are compliant and efficient around the world.


Your Role 
 
As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert on global hiring markets and employment legislation. Your research will guide where we hire next, and your compliance expertise will help us build scalable, legal, and localized hiring models. This is a strategic role where curiosity meets compliance. 
 
What You’ll Do 
 
Global Talent Market Research and Recruitment 
• Identify and evaluate high-potential countries for recruitment based on talent density, cost, infrastructure, and legal viability. 
• Deliver data-backed recommendations to support hiring strategy across engineering, linguistics, data, and operations functions. 

• Build and manage international talent pools and rosters of qualified professionals that fulfill their potential. 

 
 
Employment Law & Contract Compliance 
• Research local labor laws, contractor regulations, and employment frameworks in targeted countries. 
• Ensure all hiring activity—including contracts and onboarding—is compliant with local legislation and aligned with DataForce standards. 

• Support internal teams with guidance on global employment types (direct hire, contractor, EOR, etc.). 
 
Cross-Functional Partnership 
• Act as a resource for recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers navigating international hires. 
• Liaise with external legal counsel, EOR providers, and compliance platforms to ensure a smooth hiring process. 
 
Knowledge Sharing & Reporting 
• Build and maintain a centralized repository of global employment guidelines and documentation. 
• Prepare regular updates and compliance briefs for internal stakeholders. 

Job requirements


• 3+ years’ experience in international recruitment, HR compliance, or employment law—ideally in a tech, data, or AI environment. 
• Strong understanding of global employment frameworks, from contractor agreements to full-time hires. 
• Sharp research skills and a proactive mindset—you’re always two steps ahead. 
• Exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities. 
• Experience with EOR platforms (like Deel, Remote, or Globalization Partners) is a strong plus.
