Remote Scheduler (Latam)

Work Location: Remote (Argentina or Colombia)

Work Schedule: 30 hours a week

Engagement Model: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Languages Needed: English

Project Duration: May 28th through July 2024

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking for a Remote Scheduler to join our team on a freelance basis. We are only looking for candidates with fluency in English that are available to work on a US Pacific Time Zone schedule.

Work Summary

With the guidance of their direct supervisor, Schedulers are ultimately responsible for assisting participants with the quality of work related to a large group of content creators/annotators.

Work Responsibilities

• Validate candidates via phone calls according to project requirements
• Check candidates’ availability for the project
• Answer candidates' questions
• Provide logistic information
• Schedule candidates for a session time
• Fill session schedule days in advance

• Idiomatic fluency in English
• Available to work on a US Pacific Time Zone schedule
• Bachelors preferred or a combination of relevant work experience and education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and organized
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and effectively multitask
• Quality and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Gsheet tools.
