Salary Range: 80k-90k yearly 

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Study Protocol Designer to join our team in the Cupertino, CA.

Role Summary

As a Study Protocol Designer you will lead the creation and refinement of study protocols for data collection initiatives supporting AI and technology research. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, researchers, and project managers to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective study designs.

Role Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive study protocols tailored to data collection needs in AI and tech domains

• Define sampling strategies, data collection methodologies, and evaluation procedures

• Ensure protocols meet research objectives, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to translate research questions into executable plans

• Maintain meticulous documentation of study processes and decisions

• Provide analytical insight and assess feasibility, efficiency, and effectiveness of study designs

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., research methodology, data science, statistics)

• 3+ years of experience designing study protocols in research or corporate settings

• Strong command of data collection methodologies and statistical tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Proven collaboration skills in cross-functional teams

• Deep understanding of ethics and compliance in data research
